This system helps stores raise, track, and manage repair or support requests for laptops, PCs, CCTV, and other computer accessories efficiently.

2.How do I raise a ticket?

Log in to your account, select the appropriate category (e.g., Hardware, Critical Bug, Support), fill in the details, attach any relevant files, and submit the ticket.

3. What are the ticket categories?

Urgent Repair – Devices that need immediate attention (e.g., not turning on, critical failures). General Repair – Regular repair issues that are not urgent (e.g., slow performance, minor faults). Hardware Issue – Physical problems with laptops, PCs, CCTV, or accessories (e.g., broken screens, damaged cables). Service & Support – Assistance, guidance, or troubleshooting (e.g., setup help, software guidance). Update / Upgrade – Requests for software updates, firmware updates, or hardware upgrades.

4. How can I track my ticket status?

After raising a ticket, you can track its progress in your account dashboard. Statuses include Open, In Progress, Resolved, and Closed.

5. How is ticket priority determined?

Priority can be set by the store staff based on urgency: Low, Medium, or High. Critical Bugs are usually marked High priority automatically.

6. Can I attach images or files to my ticket?

Yes! You can attach photos, screenshots, or documents to help technicians understand the issue better.

7. How long does it take to resolve a ticket?

Resolution time depends on the ticket category and priority. Critical Bugs are addressed immediately, while minor issues may take longer. You can check estimated resolution time in your dashboard.
